To change your Company's Subscription -
- Select Plan & Billing from the main menu.
- Click the Change Plan button.
- Select the plan that best suits your needs. Note: Downgrades are not available if your account has already exceeded the threshold for Locations, Users, Assets, or Data Storage limits.
- Enter your Payment Method (Credit Card or ACH), apply any Coupons, and click the Pay Now button.
- Your Subscription Plan has now been updated.
